Bastau Hotel - Almaty

We loved staying at this hotel! The staff was kind and hospitable. We were able to check in earlier than usual, and they even helped us with navigating transportation in this city. The hotel facilities were brand new and very clean, especially the rooms! We had an amazing sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and white linen. The location was great, just a short walk away from a metro station or grocery store.

For us, it was ideal.

Spent New Year's eve here with my friends. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. They had a big TV in the room which kept us entertained. the breakfast spread was great, we had a lot of options to choose from. the location was good, not too far from the train station or the city center. the staff was accommodating and they helped us with our requests promptly.

The room was not as clean as it should have been, we found some hair on the bed and on the bathroom floor. the wifi was slow and unreliable, it would disconnect frequently.

Had a great Easter stay at a hotel in a nice part of town. Our room was super clean and the mattresses provided great sleep quality. We loved that breakfast was included, and the selection was satisfying. The hotel is easily accessible by metro, and a short walk to the local supermarket.

The hotel's location isn't great if you're looking for nightlife or bustling streets, but it is located near the pedestrian areas and train station. some of the staff didn't seem very friendly, but overall the service was acceptable.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and newly opened. The staff is kind, hospitable, and accommodating, allowing flexible check-in times. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the railway station, Arbat pedestrian street, and a metro station. The room has a comfortable bed with clean linen, and the hotel offers good amenities.

Not obvious to find.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy hotel in Central Asia. The room wasnice and neat, just like the pictures. The staff were cute and helpful, allowing me to check in early. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel also had great wifi. I highly recommend this hotel for solo backpackers like myself.

Though, there was a grocery store and few local shops next door. the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, with all necessary facilities, and had a nice view of the city. Staff at the hotel were helpful, kind and welcoming. the hotel breakfast was okay, it offered a limited but decent meal.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated and in need of renovation.
